Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and organized Marketing and Communications Officer to join our team. In this role, you will support both internal and external communications, manage customer and supplier relationships, and contribute to our sales and marketing strategies. Your efforts will enhance the OPS brand and promote our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing Support: Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and brand awareness.
Customer and Supplier Engagement: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and our website, ensuring excellent service.
Content Creation: Prepare marketing materials, including newsletters, presentations, and digital content for our website and social media channels.
Campaign Management: Develop and execute marketing projects and initiatives to promote OPS products and services.
Brand Promotion: Actively seek new business opportunities and foster relationships with customers and suppliers.
Reporting: Compile data and reports for internal meetings and external tenders.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors. You should be a motivated professional capable of managing projects independently and collaboratively. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential.
