Marketing Content Executive
We are looking for a versatile and creative Content Executive to join our growing UK Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping content strategy and communications for a company providing tailored insurance solutions to over one million UK customers, from tech providers to charities.
As part of our expanding marketing team, you’ll collaborate with the Content Manager to elevate our brand presence through engaging, customer-focused content across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Content & PR Strategy – Work with the Head of Content and Head of Marketing Services to craft and implement an innovative content and PR strategy.
- Content Creation – Develop compelling sales collateral, thought-leadership pieces, engaging presentations, web copy, video scripts, and marketing campaign content.
- Digital & Social Media – Produce powerful, engaging, and timely content to support the company’s digital marketing and social media strategy.
- Corporate Events Support – Develop pre-event promotion, on-site content, and post-event engagement to maximise impact.
- Editorial Content Planning – Ensure seamless execution of content plans across multiple distribution channels.
- Messaging & Brand Positioning – Work closely with marketing teams, agencies, and copywriters to create impactful messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- PR Management – Assist in managing the PR agency relationship, ensuring strong brand visibility and reputation across key distribution channels.
- Industry Trends & Insights – Stay up to date with the latest content marketing trends and technologies to keep the company competitive.
- Data & Reporting – Support monthly content performance analysis and reporting to senior leadership.
- GDPR Compliance – Ensure that all content and communications adhere to GDPR regulations.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a communications or content marketing role, with a proven track record of executing impactful content strategies.
- Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to source and craft engaging stories.
- Strong understanding of corporate messaging, PR, and brand positioning.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with third-party agencies and suppliers.
- A marketing qualification is desirable but not essential.
