Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the marketing and sales team in delivering marketing strategies for new build developments and asset sales. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing, social media, and customer service, who also excels in administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Digital and Marketing Coordinator in executing marketing campaigns, social media, and digital campaigns.
• Provide marketing support for resale Shared Ownership properties, ensuring high-quality lead generation.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience for purchasers, vendors, and homeowners.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently to support the team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Understanding of Click Dynamics and Dimensions.
• Knowledge of Shared Ownership and the wider intermediate housing market.
• Experience in marketing, ideally within new homes, estate agencies, or housing associations.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns, events, social media, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to support strategy delivery.
