Marketing Account Manager

We are working exclusively with an award-winning creative agency in central Manchester, looking for a Marketing Account Manager to help top brands connect with their audiences through impactful campaigns. This role is perfect for someone passionate about client relationships, project management, and creative marketing strategies.

The agency works with a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C clients, including well-known brands. As a small-to-medium-sized agency, they offer a collaborative and dynamic environment, where you’ll have the opportunity to work across a variety of campaigns and gain hands-on experience in creative and digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning and execution of projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Manage internal teams, providing clear direction and ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Develop detailed creative briefs that align with client objectives and inspire the creative team.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Identify client needs, offering strategic guidance and solutions that drive business growth.
• Work closely with creative and strategy teams to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
• Monitor project budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
• Ensure all work aligns with the client’s brand identity and meets high-quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree-level education in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in an agency environment.
• Strong commercial marketing skills, with the ability to translate strategy into actionable briefs.
• Excellent project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with social media marketing, particularly paid social campaigns (a plus).
• Strong analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
