SEO Specialist

We are looking for a talented SEO Specialist to join a fast-growing digital marketing agency dedicated to driving online growth for businesses across multiple industries. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of clients, implementing data-driven SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.

In this role, you will develop, execute, and refine SEO strategies, ensuring clients achieve long-term digital success. You’ll also be the key point of contact, managing client communication, reporting, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to drive organic growth and improve search visibility.
• Optimise client websites using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, My Business, Tag Manager, and SEO platforms.
• Create SEO-optimised content that enhances engagement and ranking performance.
• Execute link-building strategies to strengthen domain authority and increase organic reach.
• Build long-term client relationships, providing clear insights and recommendations.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics, adjusting strategies to meet KPIs.
• Participate in pitches and business development efforts to secure new SEO projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven SEO experience, with a track record of driving website traffic and engagement.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google SEO tools.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, content optimisation, and link-building strategies.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Experience integrating SEO with broader digital marketing strategies, including paid media and social campaigns.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Bonus Skills (Desirable but Not Essential):

• Experience in PPC, email marketing, LinkedIn, or social media marketing.
• Background in B2C lead generation, particularly in eCommerce, self-storage, or logistics.
• Ability to travel for client meetings when necessary.
