Marketing and E-commerce Manager- Hybrid
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing & E-Commerce Manager to join a well-established and respected company in Fleetwood. This autonomous role offers the chance to take full ownership of the marketing and e-commerce strategy, working alongside an established Marketing Executive to drive brand awareness, digital growth, and online sales.
This is a hands-on, strategic role where you will lead marketing campaigns, oversee online ordering platforms, manage customer engagement strategies, and drive the digital customer experience. You will work closely with the Directors, presenting ideas and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the company's online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of the Marketing & E-Commerce function, driving growth and strategic improvements.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee marketing materials, ensuring consistency across all platforms (digital, print, website banners, promotional content).
- Manage and maintain online ordering platforms, optimising user experience and conversion rates.
- Develop and execute social media strategies, collaborating with suppliers to meet marketing deadlines.
- Identify and implement technology solutions to enhance customer experience and online efficiency.
- Research and analyse market trends, competitors, and customer insights to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Track and report on online performance metrics, delivering insights to the Directors.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Oversee content planning, scheduling, and campaign execution using digital tools.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention, ensuring a seamless online customer journey.
- Lead sustainability initiatives, tracking company sustainability metrics in line with industry trends.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing and e-commerce strategies.
- Strong background in SEO, PPC, social media, and digital campaign management.
- Experience in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, marketing automation tools).
- Ability to identify target audiences and lead multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with experience in tracking online performance.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital trends and best practices in online marketing.
- Excellent project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
- Strong copywriting and communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Experience with social media management across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is desirable but not required.
