Head of E-Commerce and Digital Marketing

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of E-Commerce and Digital Marketing to lead and enhance the digital sales and marketing strategy of a well-established industry leader. This role is ideal for a seasoned e-commerce professional with a passion for driving growth, optimising customer experience, and leveraging digital channels to boost online revenue.

As Head of E-Commerce and Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing digital sales channels, managing the Magento2 platform, and implementing data-driven strategies to improve user engagement and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive business growth and revenue.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to enhance the digital customer experience.
• Oversee the Magento2 platform, ensuring optimal performance, security, and functionality.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
• Use Google Analytics, PowerBI, and other data analytics tools to monitor e-commerce performance and generate actionable insights.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with Magento and WordPress, with expertise in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and PowerBI.
• Proven success in scaling e-commerce operations and using data-driven decision-making to optimise performance.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive online sales growth.
