Ecommerce Manager

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to join a well-established and respected Telford-based company. This hands-on role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in online retail operations and digital marketing who is looking for their next challenge.

You will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies, managing product listings across multiple platforms, and optimising digital performance to drive sales and brand growth. Leading a small team, you will play a crucial role in expanding the company's online presence and increasing traffic through SEO and PPC campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an effective online marketing strategy.
• Manage and optimise inventory listings across multiple online platforms.
• Ensure consistent branding and content across all digital channels.
• Update and maintain content on various e-commerce and digital platforms.
• Analyse performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
• Drive traffic and improve search rankings with SEO optimisation and PPC campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record in e-commerce sales development.
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and digital marketing strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Google AdWords, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Professional, well-organised, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or a related field (preferred).

The role requires access to own transport and is commutable from Telford, Shrewsbury, Market Drayton, Wolverhampton, Bridgnorth, Newport, Walsall, Stafford, and surrounding areas.
