Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive with a passion for fashion and digital marketing. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on customer acquisition and retention strategies through social media, influencer marketing, and digital campaigns.

You will play a key role in content creation, campaign execution, and audience engagement, ensuring the brand stays ahead of digital trends, particularly on TikTok and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Online Retention Marketing Manager with daily marketing tasks and seasonal campaigns.
• Manage multiple digital channels, including social media, email, SMS, affiliate marketing, and PPC.
• Create and schedule engaging content across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
• Collaborate with digital designers to bring marketing campaigns to life.
• Develop influencer marketing initiatives, focusing on Instagram and TikTok partnerships.
• Prepare briefs for newsletters, ensuring engaging and compelling messaging.
• Track and analyse campaign performance, optimising strategies to improve engagement and ROI.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a social media or digital marketing role.
• Strong passion for fashion, social media trends, and digital marketing.
• Ability to adapt quickly, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
• A commercial mindset, with a focus on driving results and audience growth.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and TikTok is a plus.
