Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in influencer marketing, ideally within beauty, wellness, or tech industries.
• Strong budget management skills, ensuring campaign effectiveness while maximizing ROI.
• Track record of delivering successful influencer campaigns, with measurable results in brand growth, engagement, and sales.
• Experience in team leadership or mentoring, driving performance and motivation.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to track and report campaign metrics and insights.
• Creative and strategic thinker, capable of crafting engaging influencer collaborations.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term influencer partnerships.
• Strong project management abilities, with experience handling multiple campaigns and deadlines.
