Segment Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Segment Marketing Manager to drive strategic initiatives within our Yacht Coatings segment. This role is pivotal in capturing market insights, developing strategies, and creating high-value initiatives to strengthen our brand positioning and market presence.

As part of a market driven by quality and brand aspiration, you will oversee product development, promotional activities, and strategic marketing execution in alignment with sales, sustainability goals, and brand equity objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement strategic go-to-market models, translating customer needs into actionable marketing initiatives.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer segmentation to create needs-based market strategies.
• Oversee deployment of marketing activities in collaboration with sales and R&D leadership.
• Lead the development of customer, competitor, and market insights to refine value propositions.
• Manage a team of experienced marketers, ensuring the execution of effective marketing strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant scientific discipline.
• Extensive commercial experience with a strong understanding of the coatings sector.
• Proven expertise in segment planning, market strategy, and sales collaboration.
• Experience in product management, innovation pipelines, and R&D coordination.
• Strong knowledge of brand and communication strategies, including B2B and B2C environments.
• Ability to thrive in a matrix environment, working across product and service groups.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
