As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing, and ensuring that all digital assets align with business objectives. Working within a small, passionate team, this role requires a flexible, hands-on approach and a creative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the overall digital marketing strategy.
• Lead the design and development of digital, social, and print assets across the organisation.
• Maintain and update the company website, including content creation, SEO, and performance tracking.
• Manage PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
• Oversee social media marketing, promoting properties, company news, deals, and transactions.
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
• Track and analyse campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Build the company’s digital presence, profile, and reputation in the industry.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience in a digital marketing role, with a track record of successful campaign execution.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing channels.
• Experience in developing and delivering a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.
• Expertise in content creation, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
