Digital Marketing Coordinator
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator with experience in eCommerce and digital marketing to drive online sales and brand awareness, particularly for our school market and graduation photography services. This role will involve managing digital campaigns, optimising eCommerce platforms, and increasing engagement with schools and parents.
Key Responsibilities
Website & eCommerce Management
- Manage and oversee eCommerce website updates, collaborating with UX designers and creatives for product and category merchandising.
- Track and analyse product sales performance, recommending improvements to sales materials and product mix across multiple channels.
- Enhance user experience across websites to ensure a seamless brand and sales journey.
- Take ownership of the product library, coordinating with Operations and Customer Service teams for smooth product launches.
- Work closely with designers and developers to improve website usability and conversion rates.
- Support the redevelopment of the corporate website, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Use Google Analytics to track and report on website performance.
- Assess product sales data using SQL, Jupyter Notebook, Excel, and BigQuery, in collaboration with the UX team.
- Generate strategic reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Social Media & Marketing Support
- Create and schedule behind-the-scenes content, promotional campaigns, and user-generated content for Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for brand differentiation.
- Work collaboratively on various marketing projects, ensuring smooth execution and brand consistency.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, lead generation, or data analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting engaging content.
- A critical thinker with problem-solving abilities, capable of interpreting data and translating insights into strategy.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams, including briefing designers and overseeing content production.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Social media management experience, either in-house, agency-based, or freelance.
- Familiarity with photo, video, and graphic editing tools (e.g., Canva, InDesign) is desirable but not essential.
- Experience with A/B testing is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of the education sector is an advantage.
