Brand Advisor – International Health Brand Team (Remote – UK Based)

As a Brand Advisor, you will apply strategic, analytical, and creative thinking to tackle complex brand challenges, support brand strategy, and drive activations that enhance brand awareness and business growth.
We are looking for a self-motivated, action-oriented brand strategist with a creative mindset who thrives in a collaborative environment. You will be responsible for developing and executing brand initiatives, providing strategic recommendations, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact brand activities.
This role requires a strong problem-solving approach and the ability to provide guidance on cross-functional projects, go-to-market strategies, and enterprise-wide branding efforts. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to analyse market insights, craft compelling messaging, and drive brand innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Activation: Develop and implement brand activities that enhance market positioning.
- Strategic Recommendations: Provide expert brand guidance on key International Health initiatives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to execute brand projects.
- Positioning & Messaging: Define brand positioning and messaging for various go-to-market strategies.
- Project Leadership: Lead strategic assignments and high-priority brand initiatives.
- Mentorship & Teamwork: Foster a collaborative, positive team culture and mentor junior staff.
- Performance Analysis: Leverage data, research, and insights to optimize brand strategies.
- Executive Communication: Present recommendations to senior leaders, translating complex brand strategies into actionable insights.
- Campaign Development: Oversee brand storytelling, content creation, and thought leadership.
- Budget Management: Plan and manage budgets for brand initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, brand strategy, or brand activation.
- Strong experience in B2B and B2C branding, targeting multiple audience segments.
- Hands-on approach to leading complex projects across marketing, compliance, and sales teams.
- Ability to develop brand messaging, positioning, and creative strategies.
- Experience managing agency relationships and collaborating with creative teams.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills to engage senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the creative campaign and media process.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for driving brand innovation.
- Ability to translate business objectives into brand strategy and marketing execution.
- Experience in a regulated industry, particularly healthcare or health insurance, is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10%, including UK and international travel).
