Digital Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to support our fast-paced marketing team in delivering impactful digital projects that align with our overall strategy.
Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, you will help maintain digital tools and channels, ensuring high-quality content across platforms. This role involves website content management, stakeholder engagement, and digital campaign execution, supporting our sustainability initiatives through targeted marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload and manage content across digital platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, providing updates on progress and developments.
- Assist in maintaining clean digital channels, data accuracy, and domain management for Veolia UK.
- Support the digital strategy by managing assets and liaising with corporate teams to ensure correct materials are in place.
- Work with regional communications teams to update and maintain local website content.
- Provide support to the wider marketing team, contributing to weekly meetings and cross-functional projects.
- Drive sustainability messaging via digital campaigns and content.
- Help implement carbon-friendly digital initiatives, aligning with company sustainability goals.
- Work with external technology partners to support the digital strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in updating and managing websites or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in at least one Content Management System (CMS).
- Background in digital marketing, with relevant qualifications preferred.
- Familiarity with automation systems and digital tools.
- Understanding of SEO and PPC best practices.
