Marketing Executive
We are looking for a Marketing Executive with a passion for marketing and the property sector. In this role, you will contribute to our digital and non-digital marketing efforts, supporting both sales and aftersales operations while assisting in new client initiatives. You will also work closely with the marketing team on new build and digital marketing projects.
SO Resi is the award-winning Shared Ownership brand of Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH), the fifth-largest housing association in the UK. Our mission is to help more people achieve homeownership and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aftersales Listings: Maintain and regularly update listings on various platforms to ensure accuracy.
- Social Media Management: Create, manage, and update engaging content across social media channels.
- Salesforce Maintenance: Keep the CRM system updated, ensuring templated responses align with the brand voice.
- Database Management: Assist in maintaining and leveraging the prospective purchaser database for campaigns and reporting.
- Website Content Management: Ensure website content remains fresh, relevant, and aligned with brand messaging.
- Marketing Collateral Development: Support the creation of high-quality marketing materials for the aftersales team.
- Email Marketing: Manage email marketing campaigns and coordinate nomination lists for outreach.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
- Experience in marketing, digital marketing, and social media management.
- Strong communication skills, including a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency in CRM and CMS systems.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Interest in or prior experience in the property market.
